Monday - open for business

i must get out of this house.    AAAHHHHHHHHH.

I've been out a few times, offered to go pick up a few of Riley's friends so she'd quit driving us crazy.

Austin made it in on Sunday, he said the main roads were good, our parking lot is sketchy so go slow.    He also said the overpass at 65 and 440 wasn't great.   I would assume most bridges and overpasses are like that.

Sunday emails

hey gang,

Austin has volunteered to go in and work emails tomorrow.   If anyone else is interested in making up some of the time we've lost I'm ok with it.   Being closed 2 days I'm sure we will have plenty.

He's going in around 9am until about 430p.

If you do go in we will NOT be logging into the phone.  But you will clock in.  You know, if you want to get paid and stuff.

Saturday - closed

if you are NHC trained and able to make it in we would appreciate it greatly.   As the news tells it the roads are still bad but I k ow that different people have differ the skills in the snow.  1 person on NHC can make a difference.  2 makes a big difference.

After being closed today even doing emails would make a pretty big difference.

Please let me know if you can.

#1.  Be safe

Friday - closed for business.

Hello all,

The winter storm warning is coming earlier than expected.  Ice by 8am and snow coming at 9am.  Heavy snow, 2-4 inches where most of us live.

Here in joelton we are already seeing the ice.  My driveway is pretty solid ice.

Wednesday. January 20

at this point we are business as usual.    Take your time as the news is saying road have slick spots.   Looks like Clarksville got a bunch but they are saying it is to the north of most of us.
Nashville schools have closed, as have some of the southern counties.

Update.  530am

Some roads are sketchy. Roger made it into the office.  In situations like this you always want to use your best judgment.  Drive cautious.   Take your time.

Rogers update was that the roads were fine but the sleet was just starting.

UPDATE - 638am

I made it in.  A bit slower than normal.   The interstate is slush, not ice and there's enough traffic to keep it that way.   traffic was flowing around 50 instead of the normal 70-100 I see.   A few going faster, a few going slower.   one person going about 30 with their flashers on, which is fine, they were comfortable with it.
